My audiologist recommended I change them monthly. I didn’t do it for a few months and my hearing aids seemed to not be working well. Seems there is truth to doing maintenance on them. These worked well and less expensive than buying from the audiologist. I replace the wax traps and the cones monthly. Once, I didn’t change the domes for several months. Then one night when I took them out to charge overnight, the dome disengaged from the hearing aid and eas stuck in my ear. A pair of tweezers and a delicate procedure and it was safely extracted. Good idea to change the domes and wax traps regularly.

These are excellent ear wax "filters" for your hearing aides, if your hearing aids will accept them. They are tiny and are a good value for the money. They are easy to use but require a "steady hand" to put them in the hearing aide as they are very small. They come with an "installer" for easy insertion!

Good buy

This is my second or third time buying these and they are: easy to use, small enough to fit in my bag to use on the go and good value for the money spent. The work very well. They also came in a nice box with an accessory to clean my hearing aids too. I will re order again.

The item was great. It wasn’t exactly compatible with my brand but I couldn’t tell that until I received it. It was usable but not a perfect fit.

These are a must have for people who use Phonak compatible hearing aids. The price is good and the product works well.
