I take ginkgo biloba for tinnitus, and I can usually tell whether the the gingko is quality or not based on whether it reduces the frequency / volume of my bouts...so in that sense I feel like this is a quality product as the gingko portion at the very least appears to be working for me.I'm almost through the 30 day supply (90 capsules, 3 per serving). I am not sure about the lion's mane though, I haven't really noticed much of a difference in stress or cognitive abilities since I started taking it, but thankfully no side effects. Value is a bit questionable for me considering that, but as with all supplements it's possible I just don't respond noticeably to it and your experience might be different.

I have noticed a decline in my focus and short term memory. I’ve tried other supplements before finding this one and it is by far the best I’ve found. Almost immediately I notice better focus, and significantly better short term memory. If I miss a dose I can tell. I’m a big fan!

i ALMOST ENDED UP AT THE DOCTORS TAKING THIS, i AM ASSUMING I WAS ALLERGIC TO THE INGREDIENTS, AND THIS WAS TAKING 1 PILL A DAY INSTEAD OF THE 3 RECOMMENDED.IT WAS A TERRIBLE INTESTINAL DISTRESS FOR OVER A WEEK HAS TAKEN ME OVER A WEEK TO BE BACK TO NORMAL, READ INGREDIENTS AND CHECK OUT EACH ONE FOR SIDE EFFECTS, WHICH IS WHAT I HAD TO DO BEFORE REALIZING THIS WAS WHAT WAS THE ISSUE WITH MYSELF.

However, this product, in my option, is better. A sharper focusing nootropic, with a physical vitality quality. Will continue to order.
