Tasty but need instructions on cooking
I was skeptical after buying this because there was no 'how to make' instructions mentioned on the packet. Fortunately, my judgement was good and it tasted correctly. Full marks for the product, but one mark less for not mentioning how to use. Not everyone are well-versed with Kala Mutton. We had to look for videos online.

Worth buy. It’s original black masala which I wanted for non-veg and Maharashtrian traditional kalya masalyachyi aamti. It’s what I want.

The best Kala masala
Certainly the best Kala masala. Better than the ones you get in any restaurant. Charrred some dry coconut, onions , garlic and ginger on the stove and ground to paste. Added the kala masala powder to the ground masala and fried it well . The most authentic kala masala mutton made at home .
