Bulbs broken
I was super excited about it. And it doesn't work I think the Bob's burned out and I can't buy a ball for that little so I'm very disappointed I paid quite a bit for it and really contemplated it to spend that much money and now I'm sorry it's never worked

Night light doesn't illuminate the target!
This is the dumbest toilet light I've seen. It illuminates the tank and not the bowl. What is the point to that fellas?

What the heck, HARO?!!! Absolute garbage! UPDATE: Very satisfied customer!
Update: Customer care deserves 5 stars. Customer service refunded the full purchase price PRIOR reaching out to me to acknowledge my complaint as valid. They did so despite the fact that I was well outside of the return window. Truly impressed with every other product I have purchased from them and will definitely be a return customer!I award Haro zero stars - I actually could see better without the “night light”. We are all now much worse off due to the poor execution and design of this “light”… the positive - it is Nice in concept… would be great if it actually lit up the bowl so I could aim into more than a dark abyss… this actually is counterproductive, as it makes it (the toilet bowl) appear darker, thus harder to accurately aim.
