UPDATE: The back is still dented and the flames don't go all the way up but customer service has been great. I decided not to return it and we worked it all out. Increased the stars.Took us a little while to put it up after the Christmas craziness, so, when we unpacked it was too late to return. The flames don't even look like flames! They cut off to a straight line halfway up. Also, there is a back that is dented in, so while it is hanging on the wall you can see the color flame come out the bottom. UGH! Wish I had unpacked earlier and returned it.

Hanging it up was a breezy task. This fireplace is light weight. Instructions were clear. Just need to unscrew the white screws on the side to add in the faux glass. The red flames are realistic and provide some a cozy vibe. Just right on time for the upcoming holiday season. It has heat function too which is a plus providing extra warmth. The different colors sets the vibe and adds a bit of brightness to the room. Make sure you get a size match with your tv size otherwise it will look off.

It's really beautiful. My family originally had a wood-burning stove, but it was really troublesome to use, so I have been looking for an electric stove that is just the right size to fit in. It happened that a friend recommended this one to me. It's perfect, and it's very warm, and the flame color is also very dynamic. I like it very much

I purchased this fireplace at the end of 2023. I have used this fireplace less than seven times and it no longer powers on manually or with the remote. I am highly ticked off.
