Quality product! Korean Jajangmyeon
This is a great product! I have been interested in korean cooking for a while. I advise to only use 1-2 tablespoons of this for 1 pound of meat. It's a concentrated paste. Always cook the paste in oil then add your ingredients to stir fry (traditionally pork belly, I like chicken thighs)! This is for Koren Jajangmyeon. I like to add spice, kimchi, garlic, anything you like! Take care

So so
Not the taste I like, (it is too strong in term of the bean flavor) will look for other brand

Better than Lee Kum Hee Black Bean Garlic Paste
You would need garlic, scallion and extra onions and zucchinis to cook and salt and pepper, but still the taste is blend enough to spice it up but strong enough where this sauce bring in the black bean paste to the food! Adding extra starch is always a plus for all ingredients to get more sticky!
