I've been using earplugs for about 50 years, these are the best but very expensive I think.

These are the absolute best earplugs. I have to break one in half to use it for my small ears, so if they are too big, you can do that. The waxy material molds perfectly and seals out almost every sound. Loud parties or early morning construction in the neighborhood ? GONE is that sound. I have been using them for years now.
