Wife wanted an electric blanket for years. I reluctantly gave in. Boy, where has this been all my life! i have some minor back issues and when i take to my bed and the warm this generates, wow. nice and cosy and straight off to sleep. Fits well to a king-size bed and doesn't move. My only niggle is the connector for the lead is in the top corner under the pillow and for me as I sleep with my arms under the pillow its a little in the way. 3rd world issue I know but other than that no problems. A good length of lead on both sides and with each side individually controlled for time and heat its perfect.

Very quick to heat up, with versatile heat and time control for each side. The timer takes a little getting used to but works reliably.

I bought a new blanket as I wanted to sleep with it on and know it would turn itself off. The blanket is okay, the heat okay and the controls okay. What is disappointing to me is the ribbon tie method to secure it to the mattress. It is always bunched up and slipping particularly on my side and corner, which doesn't look or feel good and is not good for the electrics. My previous blanket had four thick elastic bands which you slipped around each mattress corner. It never felt bunched up and rucked. It was very simple yet effective. I find this blanket frustrating as a result, but nonetheless, it does it's job and the timer is fab.

I’m so happy with this electric blanket. It heats up quickly and evenly, making the whole bed feel warm and cosy within minutes. This blanket is one of my best buys this year so far. Easy to fit and easy to operate. The timer is its best asset, no risk of forgetting is on at night. It has different temperature settings so you can have it just warm or hotter, you choose. It goes between the mattress and the sheet so it doesn’t really need washing or at least not for a long time. Very happy costumer here.

Really efficient electric blanket. Warms up quickly. Good length with straps to tie around the mattress.

We bought the King Size version with some reservations because our bed is Super King Size, almost 6 feet in width. We needn’t have worried - it fits well, with only about 8 inches uncovered either side. There is plenty of tape provided to tie the blanket securely to each corner of the mattress, ensuring it lies flat. (See photo) We have tried the blanket in an early cold snap and found it very satisfactory. The controls on both sides are a plus (my wife tends to feel the cold more than I) and the settings for time (up to 10 hours on) and temperature are easy to set. There are 5 illuminated temperature levels. At present (October) one bar of temperature on the control for about 3 hours takes away any chill, and two bars creates a nice warmth. As the winter draws on, we might need a higher temperature of course, but I suspect not much more. A nice feature is the large sliding on/off switch, preventing any fumbling if the blanket needs to be left on at a low setting while asleep. The rated power is only 60W on each side, so the running costs should be low. The finishing of the blanket and controls is good. The quality seems to match a much more expensive blanket this one replaces, and the value is excellent. This blanket also comes with a 2-year guarantee. A recommended buy.

Absolutely perfect electric blanket. Bought it to warm me up on cold nights and I am so glad I did. It heats up quickly and the timer is perfect to fall asleep while you're still nice and toasty without worrying about it being on. Highly recommend.
