I bought it first time long ago and it was the best product. It looked the same as the product photo and mosquito gone instantly. Bought it for the second time and they gave us a damaged and low quality product which is not the same as the photo. The stick inside was broken as soon as we opened it. Couldn't put it back together and now it's utter useless. Waste of money!!!!

I’ve been using this Tru Nature mosquito repellent for the past few days and I must say, it works quite well. After plugging it in, within 15–20 minutes I noticed a big difference – the mosquitoes literally disappeared from the room. The smell is mild and not at all irritating like some other brands. Also, it’s good to know it’s plant-based, so feels safer to use around family. The packaging was nice, and the vaporiser unit looks compact and modern. I’ve used many big brands before, but this one surprised me in a good way. If you’re someone who wants a more natural and non-harmful way to keep mosquitoes away, this is definitely worth trying.

Not effective. Mosquitoes are roaming in the entire room even if it connected. Tried the another machine with the liquid still no impact on mosquito.

Love that it’s herbal and chemical-free, so it’s safe to use around kids. The fragrance is mild, not too strong, and it actually keeps mosquitoes away.

Bought it in February worked well with two refills, but after that the machine is not working/heating. Meant to post my review since long but just forgot.
