Having got fed up of Breville and Russell Hobbs brands (all style over substance), I thought I'd give this kettle a go. It looks really nice, and goes with our kitchen colours very well. It boils quietly (a big deal when you get up early to make a cuppa), boils quickly and really, am very pleased with the purchase. A nice blue light gives off a reassuring glow to let you know it's on properly. A problem with a Breville I had previously was that it didn't turn off always when boiling, which is a major safety issue, not to mention annoying. This kettle has no such issue. Very pleased, definite 5 stars as it does what it says on the tin.

This is a good little kettle, for the price. The only little niggle is that the lid does not open far when filling is required, other than that it does what it is supposed to do - boils the water.

Beautiful kettle, I love it

Both items work realy well the toaster with different heat settings for toast as you like it and the kettle boils fast snd is very quiet it dosent sound like a steam engine on the point of boil

Excellent for the money

This kettle seemed ok but the catch for the lid snapped making it impossible to close it. This made the kettle useless because it would not switch of from boiling because the lid wouldn't close. This happened 18 months after purchase which was outside the warranty, the kettle just had to be thrown away. I expect a kettle to last longer than 18 months, I won't buy another one.
