The cane is a part of my hand. Has a very nice color and equipped with an assisted standing handle. Weight is rated for 440lb., It supports all of my wt. I am 250lbs. I did a ton of research before I settled on this cane. There were a few deciding factors for me, the biggest being the weight limit, and the ability to deploy the additional stability on the bottom. I have pretty bad drop foot on one side, and have a prosthetic leg on the other, but was tired of lugging a walker everywhere. I've been using this every day for the past 30 days and I'm impressed thus far. I'm 350ish pounds and I lean on this thing pretty hard, additionally I love in North Idaho so having something that wouldn't slip was crucial. It is a little pricey, but considering my size and needs, I would buy this every time if I had to do it over again. The flashlight in the handle was a nice little bonus, I haven't used it much yet, but it's nice to know it's there. I would say with confidence, aside from having something custom made, it's not gonna get much better than this.

My grandma has workplace related injuries and other pains exacerbated by her age, so she sometimes struggles to walk. This cane helps tremendously to keep her stable and safe.

Ordered the black model. Order confirmed and delivery date was Wednesday Sept 6. Amazon delayed the delivery and it was on my porch on Sept 7. Arrived in manufacturer's box so anyone could tell what the item was. Glad my ring told me it was on the porch. The color is more subdued gun-metal. Easily Assembled as all you need to do it insert the straight piece into the handle piece and select the length you need. The ring fastener felt solid and tightened easily. No wiggle movement in the shaft noted. Takes 2 AA batteries for the light in the handle, bright enough to see where you are going and to be identified if walking at night. The extra swing-down handle makes standing much easier. Handle is comfortable. There is a wrist strap with a tag to ID if you wish. Came with two extra tips the include a metal plate inside for stability.Overall, I would recommend this cane. Much lighter than my previous and supports up to 400 pounds.
