This is prefect! My daughter is 3 and on the spectrum with high anxiety and this fit her perfectly. She is also on the bigger side of that helps (size 8 in girls)

Just received this today. So cute. The silicone nipple is soft, great for littles. Going to be ordering more in the future. EDITED: I now have seven pacis from LFB (Gen 2). I use a paci everyday and for most of the day and all of them have held up very well.
