This bike is a great commuter bike and is very reliable. The frame is vary stable and overall quality of the bike is very good. Suspension is great and very smooth on the bumpy roads. Battery lasts me a full day and doesn't take long to charge. I have tested it on mountain trails and it performed very well in harsh trail conditions.

Very happy with the quality and customer service with this bike. Engwe customer support is always reachable with any questions I had or help I needed. Bike is solid and works as good as new even with daily use for almost a year now. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love almost everything about my M20. I did add a 'dirt bike' style seat over the stock seat to raise it several inches (I'm 6' tall), this is better for pedaling and still allows me to get a foot down on the ground easily. My one big issues is the pedal assist speeds- they start too high. P1: 15mph, P2: 17.5mph, P3: 21mph, P4: 24mph, P5: 26mph. So on P1, if you start pedaling, the motor rapidly takes you to 14mph, same with the throttle, it is very difficult to, for example, try to go 10mph (which is the speed limit in my HOA and many campgrounds). Also, off road and on sand, going slower than 14mph is often best. And the throttle only works if you have selected at least pedal assist 1 but if you turn the pedals at all, motor kicks you to 14mph immediately.

Fantastic electric bike for the price, on my trips with the bike I haven't come that close to running out of dual battery charge so far. With the 750w(1000w peak) motor it's a breeze to climb hills at nice speeds. Front lights are great and bright! The color of the bike(green) I got was very nice looking, gets a lot of attention. Customer support was also very helpful and nice!

So far so good. It arrived within a week and was well packed with heavy padding inside the box. The assembly instructions could have been better with bigger pictures, but we managed using YouTube videos. The bike is well built and sturdy. The battery doesn't last as long as they claim, but we have rather steep hills, so it's somewhat expected. The only mod I made so far, is replacing the original mechanical brakes for the hydraulic ones I bought separately from the ENGWE site. It was relatively easy and made a big difference. Overall, I'd say the bike is a good value for the money, given its power and performance.

This is a great bike for commuting to and from my job , which is very close to where I live. I love the look of this e-bike..the 'rake' of the handle bars give an almost motorcycle-feel to it and the speed is phenomenal. My only complaint is (was) the weight. Luckily I just moved to a 1st floor apartment, so carrying the 94 pound bike up what used to be 3 flights of stairs is no longer an issue

I purchased this bike in white a week ago. Several speed tests (ie lifting the back tire and pulling throttle at level 5 PAS) and offroad usage show a top speed of 20 MPH, rather than the 28 MPH advertised. Ive gone through all the steps on their website to adjust this limit but am still not getting the top speed promised. Customer service is avoidant, no response to my emails and the phone help insists that I’m missing a step then finally “escalates” and I have yet to hear back.
