My daughter is minnie mouse obsessed at the minute and I bought these for her second birthday.They do have a strong chemical smell when you open the bags and they have a floury like coating that stays on your hands after handling. The balloons also popped very easily.The design is great so it's a shame about the mentioned issues

They really stink!
I've not tested the quality of the balloons because I can't get past the smell. Like paint stripper, it's very strong. No way can I give these in my son's party bags!!
