A great product that helps in the detoxification process. This specific supplement was recommended to me to take in my detox protocol. With a better diet and other tools to empty out all the intracellular toxic residue, I look forward to building a better me.

Getting glutathione where it’s needed in the gut can be difficult, because unmodified GSH is quickly broken down by intestinal enzymes. S-acetyl glutathione offers a solution: its acetyl group protects the molecule from brush-border peptidases in the duodenum, allowing it to travel farther down the small intestine intact. Once inside enterocytes, cellular thioesterases remove the acetyl group and regenerate glutathione. Why does this matter? My experience was very positive and I used a considerably larger quantity than stated on the label to in an effort to address excessive oxidative stress. Exactly what I needed. Good price per capsule & capsules have a high enough dose that to don’t have to take a handful at a time to get the amount prescribed by my doctor. Certainly could do with a lower price, but in comparison to other products available this is a good deal. Major downside is that one time I ordered it, the wrong supplement was sent/arrived to me, so I was stuck without what I needed until I could place another order, and I had to return the incorrect item.

ProHealth Longevity is an established brand that seems to get really great reviews in supplement circles, so I thought I'd try this out. I've been increasingly fighting the effects of aging, and S-Acetyl Glutathione is supposed to be excellent for this (some research indicates that it's an antioxidant and can help with immunity). I appreciate that the dosage is just one very small capsule a day, so a bottle lasts for 2 months and think I'm noticing increased energy levels since taking them. Given that this is somewhat pricey, knowing that it will last for 2 months is pretty key. I would recommend this supplement for anyone wanting to try something a little different than the more well known anti-aging supplements.

This supplement appears to be of good quality and fresh. When I opened it there was no noticeable smell or discoloration of the supplements. I suggest you research this item and be certain it has no interactions with other things you are taking. I like the ProHealth brand.

Wow do I have nothing but good things to say about this supplement and the brand. ProHealth is a very trusted brand they've been around for a while and they sell nothing but good products. A very picky about the supplements I put into my body. I have a condition of the liver called Gilbert syndrome and this is the most bioavailable version of glutathione out there. This has been a game changer for me as I was taking liposomal glutathione before this. This is way more easily absorbed by the body than any other form of glutathione. I don't want to make any claims as to what S- acetyl glutathione does so you'll have to look that up on your own. Not to sound snobby but Amazon doesn't like when vine voices make claims as to what a supplement can and cannot do. But I can tell you that I fell in love with this and I've been taking it for a couple weeks now. Very few supplements that I test through this program I would actually reorder again but this is one of them I would like James more when I run low. Yeah the price is a little steep but this is one of those products you get what you pay for. It's pure and no fillers. I highly recommend a supplement and this brand!
