I love these compression socks! Good compression, stays up, washes well. Overall good quality.

I have used these for traveling in the car twice and will be using them in my airplane travel also. I used these on two different 7 hour car rides. They really help with swelling related to travel. My legs also felt good when I arrived at my destination. You can feel that they are breathable, too.

Bought these for my frequent business trips and was surprised how comfortable these were. They fit well and I have thick calves. I did measure the circumference my calves and found the size chart to be accurate. I felt supported, but not strangled. They weren't too hot and they were comfortable as I got off the plan in Hawaii. I'm not sure if they are made of a wicking material, but I didn't have any excessive sweating. Would recommend and I'm glad I added them to my travel accessories.

If you're taller and slimmer person - these will not hold well. Could be 10 cm longer, I'm 6'3.

I've been wearing compression socks (20-30) for the past 10 years after varicose vein surgery. There are some very good brands available on Amazon & direct from the vendors, but I've had trouble finding good open toed socks. These fit the bill in spades: 1) Sized appropriately - the foot portion starts just below the toe joint and they come up to the bend in my knee. 2) Compression 'feels' right. Too often a sock claiming to be 20-30 mm Hg just feels too light. These don't IMO. 3) The toe seam is flat - I do not feel it when walking or standing 4) There's a variety of color/pattern choices 5) The clincher.... the 7 pairs I bought at various times all are of the same quality - no variance with fit, construction, or subjective feel. DocMiller's are a win for me.
