Great color
These worked great and provided a very controlled way to add color to food. The colors were bright and exactly what I was expecting. I removed a star because they are impossible to get open the first time; the seal will not come off and I had to take a knife to them to get the color out.

I bought it because it is made in the United States. Although manufacturing in the United States is much more expensive to China. The ones made in China are very cheap and bright, but the taste is really weird and there are may safety and health concerns, so I still buy the ones made in the United States.
