Nippon Shokken Japanese Miso Ginger Sauce 4.8lb

I tried it because it was the only thing available. I have NOT found any other marinade better tthis one. one. I am a professional chef and am amazed by this marinade!

I know there is one review (Dirk- claiming to be a professional chef) saying it was a great marinade. I have not tried that yet, so he could be correct.I used it as a dipping sauce. It is good. Yet, I was looking for a similar ginger steak sauce like the ones used in the American hibachi side sauces. This was not it. Still tasty, but not the flavor I was looking for. It only came in this large jug size so before it expires I may try a few other foods other than dipping steak in. Wish I could have tried it in a smaller batch.Not sure if I should do a 15 min marinade soak or longer.@Dirk- if your not a bot or just a paid reviewer, pls drop in you prep and marinade recipe. I am not a chef (not, even a great cook), but I would love if you shared your preparations. I just learned that stabbing both sides of chicken or steak before grilling or oven cooking helps make a more even cook. Any helpful tips appreciated. Save me a 25 min youtube video view that I will end up messin' up anyway. Thank you.
