Wrong plug for UK market!
The Shark is fine, but the charging plug fitted is the American style 2 pin! This meant I had to buy an appropriate adaptor. I don't think this version should on sale in the UK.

Useless
This was delivered to myself in the UK with an American plug on it!!!!!!! Amazon refused to send an adapter, I'm disabled and unable to get to a post office to return this product therefore, I'm left with an expensive useless item Shame on Amazon

Delivered with continental plug
Device delivered with a continental plug but I live in England so that’s a bloody nuisance. I can’t even test that it works until I get a flipping adapter delivered

Total Waste Of Money
this is the biggest load of rubbish we have ever bought - didn't last a year and had virtually no suction whatsoever.
