I bought this Chymey Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder hoping for authentic Japanese quality. While the packaging says Japanese matcha, I found out it is actually produced in India. The powder works okay for making matcha drinks, but it doesn’t froth as well as higher-grade Japanese matcha powders. The flavor is decent but not as vibrant or smooth as traditional ceremonial matcha. Overall, it’s an okay choice if you want an affordable matcha, but if you’re looking for true Japanese matcha experience, you might want to explore other brands.

Are you seriously convinced that this is good matcha? If you are then you shouldn’t be in the business of selling it. Mediocre, tasteless and yellowish. It’s so hard to find a brand good enough to sell authentic matcha, you are adding to this bunch. Please stop this farce and come up with a better version or just drop out of this game completely. I went by reviews and i feel like a blind mouse following other blind mice. If one is seriously wanting to buy good matcha buy the one from ilem which is out of stock for a reason, and that’s why I bought this one thinking it would be fine. Or go to Tokyo matcha bar and buy theirs. This is just so dissatisfying.

I love matcha lattes and was eagerly waiting for this to arrive. Tried it and loved it. If someone is doubtful regarding the bitterness please do some research before buying matcha. There are two types so choose the one that suits your preference.

I bought first time this brand green Tea for the first time and it tastes super smooth and rich! It came in a attractive packing. Totally a great flavor with a kick of energy. It is really worth it for a fresh and clean taste! It is value for money.

One of the important things when picking your Matcha is the colour of it. The more bright it is, the higher the quality. That is something I recently found out after I did a quick search on realising this matcha is way more bright compared to the ones I’ve used before. I’m not much of a tea drinker but I love using Matcha in my oats. My baked oats turned out superb with this matcha. You can taste the authenticity! Loved it!
