Takes a few days to heat up initially from cold hose water, but then heats back up pretty quick after using. The jets work amazing, we were pleasantly surprised!!! It's comfortable as you can rest your head/neck on the sides, very sturdy & didn't take us long to put together & figure out. It's been quite easy to maintain the water and keep it clean. I love that it's waaayyy cheaper than a hard hot tub, but works just as nice! Comfortably fits me, my husband, our 3 young kids, and a guest or 2.

The hot tub itself is nice and big, easy to inflate, holds air. I did start having a leak coming from the underside of the module which heats and handles the jets, although the seller was very responsive when messaging them in regards to that, and is sending me a new module at no charge. Overall very happy with the support, love the hot tub. Fingers crossed no issues with the new module, however I'm sure if there are I'll be able to get good support. Only downside I would say is the instructions aren't very good which come with the tub. You scan a QR code to view a video but it doesn't go into any detail, just shows a person putting it together really fast. Not a big deal though as these are easy enough to figure out.

I have owned several different inflatable hot tub spa over the past several years. Changing from my previous spas only due to color or size, rather than any malfunction. This spa has sprung a leak in less than 6 months of very minimal use. The spa is used by only one person, me, a retired adult with experience in the use of inflatable spas. It is placed on a level concrete patio with two layers of spa cushion underneath as well as artificial turf underneath that and positioned partially under my pergola. It is used 1-2 times a week for 20 or so minutes per use. It is beautiful, the perfect size, extremely comfortable for one person and fits perfectly with my wicker patio furniture and backyard decor. Unfortunately, at over $600 with tax, I calculate that it cost me approximately $12.50 per 20 minutes of use if I used it twice per week, not including the cost of chemicals and added expense of approx $40 in electricity per month. I have been very happy with this spa until now, but with the cost per use and the short time it has lasted, it is far from worth the price paid. Having owned several other spas in the past, that lasted considerably longer and a couple costing as little as half the price of this spa, I can not recommend this spa. Being retired and on a fixed income, I will not be able to replace this spa, so I will go without during my retirement. I had high hopes, but ultimately, very disappointed in this Bestway SaluSpa St. Moritz AirJet spa. Best of luck to you if you take a chance with this spa. Maybe you will have better luck than I.

So far this is perfect! I have been contemplating buying an inflatable hot tub for 2 years and finally decided to just do it. This was easy to setup, I went straight to YouTube as other reviews mentioned the included instructions are not easy to understand. I set this up by myself in about 20 mins! It has heated relatively fast, filled it up with regular water from an hose and it took about 12 hours to get to the set 100 degrees. I’ve been able to setup the app feature with no issues, which is so nice to adjust it based on when we want to use it. I’ll come back and update this review in a few weeks! **Update over a week later: This hot tub is still working as expected and honestly, I have zero regrets! The app is phenomenal to start heating it up, or to schedule. We leave it at a constant temp of 90 degrees and turn it up if we know we’re going to want to get in it. I use it more days a week than I don’t! I will say, do not expect this inflatable hot tub to massage as if it’s a normal hot tub. The air is pumped through on the bottom of the tub along the walls which pushes the air up and out providing a light massage. I will also say I heat it about 2 degrees hotter than I want it because within the first 30 mins the temp will drop by those 2 degrees due to removing the top. We decided to use bromine opposed to chlorine which has been great, the starter kit I purchased came with tablets and a floater which is perfect to constantly keep the water clean and clear. I’ll update again in about a month or so!! **Update after having this hot tub for about a month** I still love this hot tub!! I’m spoiled with the app as I have used it with no issues. So far no pump issues plus the bromine kit I purchased has kept it clean and clear. 10/10 recommend.

We love ours! Have had for a year and a half. We live in northern Cali where winters get into the 20’s and this stays warm at 104! Good quality, no signs of wear or tear after 1.5 years. Our pump sends error codes when the filter needs to be replaced. Once we turned the hot tub off but left the filter in too long and the paper in the filter disintegrated and was a huge mess, had to drain and rinse. Our first pump went out completely at 11 months but since it was under warrenty, Bestway sent us a whole new pump. Customer service from Bestway was great. The pumps said sold out on there website and I had read other negative reviews about the pumps but I easily submitted a claim and they mailed me a new pump within a week.

I didn’t have high expectations for this but it’s blown me away. Heats quickly, Holds heat well, the bubbles are awesome. We absolutely love it.

I love this hot tub! It was easy to get it up and running. The app on my phone works perfect. It has been so hot out that I keep the temperature between 91-98 degrees. The bubble jets work fine, but I spend a lot of time just floating around without the jets on. Regarding the size, it's big enough for one person to float around, it's big enough for two adults to comfortably sit with room to move around. I think three adults would be the limit. The bubble jets are loud though. There is no way to carry on a conversation with the jets on. I haven't received an electric bill yet. So my comments relate to the hot tub itself.

Realmente supero mis expectativas. La calidad del hule es buena y la burbujas cumplen. Llega hasta 40C pero en una session de 30 min la temperatura baja un par de grados porque la burbujas salen de abajo con aire a temperatura ambiente. Pero para CDMX es mas que bien. Es bastante facil armar pero las instrucciones son muy pobres. Hay que ver los videos en you tube que son mucho mas explicativas y dan buenos tips. No viene con las tabletas de cloro y un solo filtro. Tambien necesitas comprar las tiras medidoras de PH aparte. Mi unica queja es del provedor que lo mando tarde y no respondió nunca. Asi que si te sale mal dudo mucho que se hara valida la garantia. Como recommendacion al fabricante buscar otro sistema de bombeo de burbujas de la misma agua caliente y no del aire para mantener la temperatura. Aun no ha venido la factura de la luz pero hay maneras de optimizar el uso. La primera vez que lo llenas como dicen mucho si tarda a llegar a los 40c pero ya luego no tarda tanto. Tengo un rooftop y de verdad es lo maximo y lo diafrutamos muchisimo!!!
