Top quality and easy to apply
This is an excellent product, so easy to apply. I used it to seal the exterior of my summer house. You can also paint over it.

went on well very thin time will tell
went on well very thin, ive done 4 coats on my new garage roof on to ply seems good, time will tell, used a smaller tin aswell so i recon i have about enough to do another coat left but that is after using a 1 gallon tin. it took 5 gallons to do one garage roof so not cheap probaly cheaper to get your roof done in felt by a company

Best waterproofing product I have ever used
Applied Liquid Rubber, using in tandem with Liquid Rubber Geo Textile, to a 4 foot long very small crack on an external wall of our house. This crack has been the source of water ingress via a concrete lintel for many years and despite paying a few "damp" experts who claimed to have successfully fixed it, Liquid Rubber has now sorted the issue. I was in direct contact with the parent company in Ontario, Canada and they were extremely responsive and helpful.

Will it or won't it?
I bought this solution because we have a leak from the shower tray due to floor movement. We had the tiles re-caulked, but the shower tray simply moved away form the caulking which was too stiff to move with the tray. The movement had cracked the grouting of the floor tiles, and I had used clear rubber solution from a bicycle tyre repair kit, and this worked really well, hence going for this Liquid Rubber. Unfortunately the movement in the floor still cause a tiny little crack, although it is miniscule compared with the original one. So the liquid Rubber has worked to a degree. My biggest problem is with the size of the tub of Solution. I have barely used the stuff, and have probably 95 - 97% of it left. I have a leaking gutter to repair, so maybe will use some of it for that, but surely it should be available in smaller quantities?Other than that, it looks like a really good product, even though it hasn't quiet worked in our situation.

Thinner than you expect
Best bet seems to be to use a roller and apply a *lot* of coats, otherwise it paints on like thin emulsion and you get a lot of brush marks. After about 5 coats it appears to be reasonably opaque, but watch out for it peeling off the surface. We ended up working the first coat in with a bush then rolling lots of coats for an even finish.

It works - best quality for the money
I’m not a professional - so when my deck needed some repair I jumped on buying some tar like paint from a big box store to fill hairline cracks. While it kept water out, it never dried to a smooth and walkable surface. Doing more research I found Liquid Rubber - which did exactly what I needed. At ~3 times the cost per G it’s not cheap, but it works out of the can. I ordered more since for other areas… won’t buy anything else anymore! Spend the money and get it done right the first time!

Great product!
Really great product! It goes on very smoothly and dries quickly. I got it in medium grey and it looks great on our concrete wall. I bought the primer as well as I saw in other comments that this works best on concrete when combined with the primer. Its great quality and provides a really nice barrier between the garden and our wall.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! EXCELLENT STUFF!
I bought 10 bags (500 lbs.) of cement to cover my leaking chimney. One bag worked at the top, around the cap, but it would NOT stick to the existing brick (I had mesh on it). I had to return the cement bags. I ordered Liquid Rubber, removed the mesh and did 2 coats. It went on just like a thick paint. The Medium Grey colour worked perfectly (made the chimney look new again). I am hoping it won't leak, but it looks great! It applied easily and I can use it for other purposes too. It is the best and cheapest option to fix leaks. I highly recommend this stuff. UPDATE: 3 months later and NO sign of any chimney leak! I am VERY impressed. I also used it to seal a corner gutter leak - works perfectly and NO leak 3 months later! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!UPDATE - 2 years later and NO leaks. This stuff has worked perfectly so far!

Great product
I used the elastisized paint to fill/cover the expansion joints between sidewalk and garage. I used a 2 oz. syringe to suck paint out of bucket and apply in joints. I did have to reapply a couple times in places I didn't have enough filler in crack, I had tried to fill cracks with sand up to 1/4" - 3/8" from top. The first coat seeped on down leaving some holes. A second coat took care of the few holes I had. The paint is pretty thick. Reminded me of gravy or a light pudding. It can be easily applied with brush, but in my case, I needed it applied thicker. It does clean up easily with wet rags IF you wipe it off before it has time to set up. I would be prepared to to to use it all up and not try to store for later after opening, I think it will get too thick to use.

Great product!
Just finished my second coat the other day and was waiting for my first rain...:just check inside my shed after our first rainstorm after painting all my steel roof seams and screw holes....and DRY!!!! My shed space is FINALLY dry! So easy....so efficient....and I didn’t bother Cleaning up. I used an old tray, roller and brush and just discarded after the second coat! I bought the 5 gallon pail, light gray. When over the existing Olaf deteriorated tar that was remaining. First coat went good and I think it would have been fine with one but I had a ton leftover so the second coat I gave an extra think coating for peace of mind.Would highly recommend! I’m sure you could make it the workable area look nice using this material but because it was a back shed roof I just slathered it on. The colour is great too as the metal is a light grey so it’s not as noticeable from my Raised deck On my property which is just an added bonus. Over all I would highly recommend this product for giving a roof a new life especially for the price! Great value! I still have a 1/4 of the bucket left for future projects or touch ups!
