These are perfect. You do have to remove the original insoles in your shoes, but they made my shoes fit better and were extremely comfortable!

Uncomfortable for me.

I have arthritis in my feet and these inserts are working better for me than the orthotics made "just for me" by my bone orthopedists. My podiatrist commented how well constructed they are and urged me to continue to wear them.

The orthotics are harder than I anticipated and the size was a little too big. I used them for short periods of time over a few weeks and that didn't improve the outcome. They still were uncomfortable and hurt my feet.

I purchased two of these orthotics. They are comfortable. I wear them in my gym shoes. They have held up well so far.
