I read all of the reviews about this cooker and was a little apprehensive but I liked the size. I am so glad I took the chance. The thing to realize is that when they say "cup", they mean the cup that comes with it. 2 cups works perfect for us. It took exactly 16 mins to cook and it went to warm mode. I let it sit for about 5 min and when I took the lid off and stirred with the cool little spoon that comes with it, the rice fluffed up and was perfectly sticky. Clean up is so easy due to the non stick pot. My suggestion, read your directions. Most of the negative reviews seem like they came from folks that really didn't read or pay attention to your time. We have used it everyday since we bought it and honestly I don't know where this little thing has been all my life! Highly recommended for small families. There are 3 of us and it's perfect.

Perfect non stick rice cooker, nice design and easy to clean.

Hoy cocine 4 vasos y en verdad no creo que pueda cocinar 5 como dice la descripción, pero para mí está bien. Comimos 5 adultos y 4 niños. Luce espectacular, se ve muy bien en mi cocina. Parece duradera. El arroz queda muy bien cocinado y lo hace bien rápido. Compré la azul porque la blanca no estaba disponible pero estoy muy contenta con esa decisión porque se ve muy bonita, es exactamente el color de la foto.

While I can't say I am disappointed with the Rice Cooker, I am not happy with the condition of the box and the fact that the Spoon was missing.
