So many defects

The set came well packaged but quality is not the best, so many defects and some chipped parts on the back of plates and bowls, also rim is not gold but kind of copper.After contacting the seller they ask me to check pieces one by one and make a list for them to register, well after receiving a damaged item that's not my job however I did it to help but communication with seller is terrible so will have to arrange the return with amazon as seller doesn't help.I would not recommend the product and the awful customer service
