Best keyboard ever used
I was hesitant to buy this fancy keyboard, but I’m so glad I did! It’s got amazing build quality and works great with my Mac and PC. The keys feel just right, and the sound is awesome.

So far, so good. I love it!
The media could not be loaded. I am fairly new to the mechanical keyboard world, but I’ve learned that Keychron is a reputable company that produces consistent and quality keyboards. It’s a good choice if you don’t need all the bells and whistles, and want something reliable. The K4 Pro is the first keyboard I’ve done a lot of research on and bought for the specs. I wanted a layout that wasn’t too small or restrictive, so the 96% layout is perfect for me. You still get your number pad and most function keys. I also wanted a keyboard with blue switches, which means the sound is clicky and you can feel a sharp bump with each key press (AKA “tactile”). If you want a less noisy and smoother typing experience, go with the red or brown switches. The keyboard itself is substantial and has a good weight to it. The housing is aluminum and it’s going to last.I’ve only owned and worked on this keyboard for about a week, but I’m loving it.P.S. The RGB backlighting isn’t a super important feature for me, but it’s fun and easy to operate if you’re into that.

Excellent for the price
After having another variant of the Keychron K4 (non-pro) and coming away from it a bit underwhelmed, I decided to try a higher tier of keyboard from the company. I was worried I would still have the same issues as I had with the prior one (kind of wobbly, unclean-feeling keystrokes), but to my pleasant surprise, I had none of those issues! The keystrokes with the brown switches are perfect. The noise is crisp and clean, the actuation is just right. That, coupled with the easy repairability of hot swappable switches and no required software (looking at you, Corsair/Logitech/razer/etc), really makes this a winner in my book. The versatility of wired/wireless usage is also a really nice perk if that's your cup of tea.My one minor negative is really just a matter of taste: the keycap color scheme isn't necessarily my preference, but that's easily fixed with aftermarket caps. Overall, highly recommend this keyboard for the price, especially if you're someone who wants a smaller footprint but needs that number pad. Thumbs up!

Endgame Achieved
Without having to build it yourself, this is the best possible layout for office based tasks that require a full size keyboard but without the need to take up the extra desk space.

Bluetooth simply does not work, keys get stuck or don't press
I love the look and feel of the keyboard, but the Bluetooth is unacceptably non-functional. To the point where you'll type a series of words and the letters will appear all at once after a two second delay. Other times a single button press results in dozens of that letter being printed to the screen. The latter issue is uninterruptible by the way, any other keypresses are entered into the queue after the string of presses, which lasts as long as the BT connection hang.I've tried updating the keyboard firmware as well as all Bluetooth drivers on my machine to no avail. This is not a mechanical issue either, it is not relegated to specific keys and I have made certain to keep the switches clean. For such a pricey and well-built keyboard, this lack of basic functionality is shocking. My machine has a Bluetooth antenna and is kept in-plan with the keyboard and I have these problems constantly with the keyboard less than 2 feet away.I'm disappointed because otherwise the look and feel of the keyboard are fantastic. But it's been 4 months and these interruptions in function are just sad. Nothing is more demotivating during difficult work than one press of the backspace button deleting 20 characters due to cheap Bluetooth hardware.Do not buy this model, I would wait for a revision which has usable Bluetooth.By the way i had both the freezing and multi-press issue twice each while writing this review with my PC right next to me and no objects blocking the connection.

2nd replacement also has broken RGB
So this is the 2nd replacement, and yet again the lighting on one of the keys is stuck on green. The first time it was on the alt button. I’ve tried updating the firmware and still no fix.

Amazing keyboard
This is my first mechanical keyboard. I love that it has a numpad on it and it is compact but with a nice size overall. The only downside I could mention is that some switches are really hard to pull out (using the included tool at least) but not impossible.
