Far exceeded all my expectations!
The media could not be loaded. Customer Service: ExcellentThe seller was immediately responsive and helpful when the shipping company had my bedframe traveling all over the country. The box arrived severely damaged and the seller was willing to make sure all was right. As we reluctantly unboxed it, not a scratch, scuff or dent. AMAZING! The seller knows their stuff on how to package their product.Assembly: Time consuming, but not hardAppearance: Beautiful! Surprisingly, it is incredibly sophisticated. Needed the higher headboard and yet the lower platform bed does not appear to be as low as others. Thrilled with that! An incredible value for the money. Looks so much nicer than the much more expensive bed I had previously.Structure: Very sturdy and noiseless. After three weeks, still sleeping like a baby with no squeaks and good air circulation below the mattress. The lift and storage: The hydraulics work well. The bed opens with no effort and closes more easily after a couple of times and with the mattress on top. The storage space is unrivaled! Bonus- You would never know it's there.Overall, I was super skeptical ordering a bedframe online. Only wish I had more beds that I need to replace because they all would be from this seller and with this type of storage.

Sturdy and High Quality Bed
I am very pleased with this bed. The storage option is awesome and easy to use. The bed is solidly built and sturdy and looks pretty too.A few things to note:1. The package it arrives in is hella heavy. I am single woman and live in an apartment complex where my packages get sent to a mail room. I did have the foresight to have it delivered to a friend’s house so that it wouldn’t get stolen, which ended up being good for a different reason. The package was so heavy that if I had sent it to my mail room, I wouldn’t have been able to get it to my apartment by myself. It ended up taking me and a friend to move it. And we STRUGGLED to carry it.2. This bed absolutely can be put together by one person. I did it alone, but it took every frustrating second of 4 hours to do to. So just prepare to spend a long time on it.3. I found the instructions to be easy to follow, with one exception. Towards the end, I had to undo some work because there are two parts labeled with the exact same part number which made me think they were interchangeable. Spoiler alert, they were not. So after putting them together, I had to undo part of the bed to switch out the parts. I don’t remember the part numbers, but they are the long, straight pieces of the rectangular metal frame that holds the mattress. Thankfully, that was somewhat easy to undo and switch out. Otherwise, even though the building process took forever, it went without a hitch.Oh, I just remembered one other thing that wasn’t in the instructions but ended up being important. The instructions for attaching the metal frame holding the mattress to the lifting mechanism don’t tell you that you can only get the screws on loosely at first. I wouldn’t worry about getting those tight until after you put the struts on that hold the frame up. Once you put those on and the lifter is extended, that’s when you can fully tighten those bolts down. When the frame isn’t extended, there is no way to fully tighten them, but it’s also crucial that they do eventually get tightened.

Aesthetically beautiful, missing parts, assembly is a pain.
Simple, but effective review:Item arrived fairly quickly. Assembly took 2 people and a few hours (2 not very handy people but we tried.) The assembly instructions were basically in another language and backwards.Aesthetically pleasing, fits a 12 inch queen foam mattress perfectly for a small space. Storage space underneath is great because my apartment is small.Cons: Received damage springs so im not able to use the mattress to its full functionality. Contacting the seller via email and will update this review. Assembly is a pain in the ass.Otherwise, it’s beautiful and great for value for the money. The height is perfect for 9ft ceilings and with the 12in mattress it does not sit too low to the ground.

Style, function, STORAGE! Oh and amazing customer service
Customer service is top notch! The bed itself is great but we had issues due to delivery carrier error before we got the bed frame but I digress. The bed frame itself is great, it fits suitcases underneath, with plenty of room for other seasonal items to be stored. It was easy enough for me to lift it up even with the mattress and I’m only 4’11 and 130lbs. Truly truly recommend this bed frame for anyone looking to not sacrifice style/function for storage.

I regret buying this
I wasn't going to bother writing this review, but I don't want someone else making my mistake. The number one reason I ordered this bed was because it was allegedly white. It's not. 💀 It has a nasty gray undertone that is very noticeable in person, making it look dirty. Maybe it is, because my bed arrived snagged and with multiple black marks. There are also creases on the headboard that I haven't been able to remove. It took me forever to build, and I'm proficient in building. Please note that you need the mattress on the bed for it to be lowered. Which was impossible for me to do as I built it by myself. You can push down on the bed, IT'LL FEEL LIKE IT'LL BREAK, but the hydrolics will work. Make sure you tighten the screws after you're done with your own tools because the one supplied is trash.I ordered the king size and there's hardly enough room for my Christmas tree and luggage. Anything you store has to be under 9.5" although the bed sits at 12". The metal bed sits in the upholstered frame. If you have anything soft down there, like luggage, the metal bed (where your mattress sits) will push down on it, damaging your luggage.I don't recommend you purchase this bed. It's not as pictured, difficult to build, and storage has resulted on damaged luggage. It's impossible to return because of it's weight and YOU'LL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING. Save yourself the money and look elsewhere.
