The ones that work are nice but it’s like a Russian roulette! I had two out of two bad Es one out of two bad Ls and two out of two bad Bs…. The end result looked a mess. I’m very disappointed, I even tested straight after buying and the letter I chose worked fine

They are good quality but they do not have instructions on how to deflate so you can only use once

Use this for a bridal shower, one of the letters were not inflating.

Missing letter B’s and no option to get these sent out separately

There was no letter ‘B’ in both packages!

I do like how everything came in the package. Only issue is out of no where the letter T and number 8 popped overnight. So I had to get a replacement. Other than that good product thus far. Had it up for the past 2 weeks

So when you unpack these letters, some you can easily decipher and others look like they are letters from another language. I was mad bcs before I blew them up, I thought they didn't send about six of the letters and have us Hebrew instead! 😄 After we blew them up, we saw our mistake. The B for instance, doesn't look like a B until you inflate it! So don't be scared, you get what you've paid for. Since the office was so good, and YouTube had instructions for everything, I didn't care that there were no instructions. My only complaint is there was no straw with which to inflate them. Luckily I had purchased a different balloon that was a number, and that came with a straw, so I was good. I still think for the price, it's a great deal.
