This stuff actually works! I am perimenopausal & had decided I hated the world. Everything was upsetting me. I did some research because I did not want to take a medication & because I did not want to harm family members... and had read about the benefits of Saffron. I ordered this & began noticing a difference within about two weeks. Over time, the difference became more & more noticeable. I was lighter & happier & smiling again. Not only did it help my mood but it helped calm my nerves as well. I have been taking it for almost two years now & I highly recommend this product!

It makes me sweaty
I feel good when I take them, but I’ve noticed they make me sweat a lot. I don’t see anyone else in reviews mention this, so I don’t know why it happens but every time I’ve taken them after some time i get really sweaty. That’s the only downside though, other than that it helps me a lot with stress relief and i feel less anxious.

Highly recommend
I tried other saffron supplements with more mg, but I came back to this one. I only need one capsule a day to help me feel better. I wanted to try something more natural, compared to traditional antidepressants, and this helps me a lot. Highly recommend this product
