So far so good. Bought this to replace a shower panel and must say I'm impressed so far. The showerhead is powerful and the whole system looks very attractive installed. The 10" size was perfect for my showers dimensions. I re-piped my whole house at the same time I installed this so can't say if the pressure would have been different with the old plumbing, but with the current plumbing this has great pressure and volume coming from 1/2" lines to both cold and hot sides. Setup was easy and pictures were intuitive. Since I was coming from a shower panel it meant I needed to cut new holes for the valve and the shower head pipe. This was honestly the most time consuming part of the setup since I had to replace some tiles. Otherwise install was easy if you have DIY plumbing experience under your belt. Use the heights as suggestions for the valve and showerhead placement but ultimately place where your comfortable and works for your height. As others mentioned my only concern will be the longevity of the push button diverters between the shower head and shower. My youngest likes to use our shower and likes pushing those buttons way too much.

Bought 2 one in chrome and one in flat black. Remodel of our guest bath and master bathrooms. They look and work beautifully and with a warrranty. A better price than others I considered buying. High quality on every part of faucets as well, with clear instructions for installation for those DIYers.

The shower system looks great but when you shut the water off it drips for about 30 seconds before stopping. Aside from that I am extremely happy with it.

First, this mixer and shower head combo set looks absolutely STUNNING! The buttons are very cool and if works very well, love the options on the smaller shower head and the water pressure is fantastic.Also, the buttons on the mixer panel were managed by the contractor upon installation. I contacted the customer service team and they are providing replacements at no charge!! Couldn’t ask for better service than that

Unbelievably very well package!! Really liked the unit and how it works. Only thing not well noted was they went flow control washers but did not specify where to place them. Right now am running shower without and assume it uses a lot of water when turned on full flow. But really enjoy the full flow. The knob that controls the rain head versus the handheld unit only shows the two options on the face but does has the combined option as well to use both. No big deal but seems it could include all three.It really makes no difference though because it works great and I would order another if ever doing another shower. The price is great compared name brands and definitely would recommend it for someone looking for such a unit.

Beautiful unit. Looks great. Too bad it doesn't work. It was professionally installed and there is very little water flow. The restriction screws were adjusted all the way out with no change. There's an internal issue with the plastic mixer valve inside the diverter. I assume it's just defective. I emailed the seller with no response. I guess it's coming out and being returned. And during a whole house renovation, this really screws up the progress and budget. I don't recommend buying this shower unit.

I love the rain shower, very comfortable. Surprisingly large shower head but still looks good and not comically large. The water pressure from both heads is good.Some good features:- you can use both the rain shower head and the hand-held at the same time which was something I struggled to find in similar shower systems (that weren't over-priced).- When you set a temperature you can just leave it there and next time you turn it on it will be at the same temperature (after warming up).- The hand-held is vertically adjustable and can be angled for use without holding it.Overall very pleased with the purchase and from my research this is one of the most cost-effective solutions while having the above important features.

I was hesitant to purchase this item. As a contractor, quality and performance are very important to me. I need my client to be happy. She was and as a result I am. It was well packaged with great instructions. The chrome finish was great and the valve body is well constructed. I would recommend this product to other contractors and homeowner’s alike.

This shower looks great, and I love the fact that I could use both at the same time. The umbrella is large making it very pleasant.

For the price of a complete shower unit with a wand and rail this unit is the real deal folks.When you get this baby you will see excellent packaging (stealth) with instructions that are very clear, and everything about this is openly ready with support. I haven't yet hooked mine up because of where I am in my reno but am excited and look forward to a finished product.
