A few of the holes were off, but a little shifting and bending got everything to fit.

Nissan Sentra 2012, fit under my car perfectly and was very easy to install

Correct size and molding, mounting Holes we're off
Only the first couple of mounting clips went in. After that almost all Holes had to be re drilled. That's not hard and didn't compromise the functionality. Would have been nice if they were perfect, but, I'll take it for the price.
