Looks great (under corner cabinet)! Well designed. Very convenient.
Good compromise between convenience, appearance, and size of pizza. Really nice for a 12" pizza! Only takes like 5-7 min per pizza. Even though 12" pizza is on the small side (and who doesn't like larger slices?) It makes great pizzas, and you can start eating and enjoying one while next one is in the oven. Making larger pizzas is a bigger investment of money and time. It's not really a big hassle to make 2-3 small pizzas instead of a larger one. You can set time & temp for many styles. It has a nice indoor light, great nice pizza paddle, stone, tray. And summary settings instructions on the unit, so you don't need the booklet all the time. They nailed the cosmetics and functionality. Warm-up time is the same as typical (even outdoor propane ovens have a substantial pre-heat time). To have something this good looking, right there in on your kitchen counter, for quick easy use is just cool. The perfect location in our kitchen is under the angled corner cabinet. That way it presents the cool face of the unit without awkwardly protruding. And makes the kitchen look upscale.

WOW WOW WOW -Genuine wood fire pizza! This Cuisinart is a PIZZA ROCKSTAR!
INCREDIBLE pizza!! I purchased this on a whim for my husband's birthday and it did NOT disappoint! As long as you have a fantastic dough recipe using 00 Flour and semolina on the pizza peel and bottom of dough (so it does not stick to anything), you have the recipe for a genuine and quick woodfire pizza! I use my own recipes but the recipes included are not too bad. The bottom line, this pizza oven works and cooks beautifully. I bake my pizzas for about 5 minutes on the highest temp, then turn it and bake another 2 minutes. You will have to feel it out depending on how you enjoy your pizzas. KEY: must use semolina on the bottom of the dough and on the pizza peel so nothing sticks. DO not submerge your pizza stone but brush off to keep clean once cooled down. We could eat pizza all day. This machine is a ROCKSTAR!! Happy eats!!

Worth the money
This is been a great indoor pizza oven. I actually have it in a microwave cabinet. It does not overheat the cabinet whatsoever. I use the pizza pan that came with it. I had thought about buying a different one, but it’s worked great. The pizza Stone does this color as it cures that has no issues at all. Works great one year later.

Great oven
We just bought this oven and have been testing it out. There is a slight learning curve as with everything. The oven gets hot and cooks pizza awesome. We have not yet tried anything but pizza yet. Honestly the neapolitan rocks. Pros- gets nice and hot, cooking time short, thought it cooks fairly even without spinning pizza. All controls worked fine. Nice bright light inside. Cons- the pizza peel is terrible and takes a decent amount of flour to get it to a point it will slide off, which is a must. Tried corneal and that's a little more messy. Cleaning out kind of a pain, should come with a brush and scraper. Takes awhile to heat up and can be loud but not terrible and that honestly didn't really bother me Tips- we have not mastered thin crust. But neapolitan we are close. I discovered that i don't love crust made with any oil, it's better with just flour,salt, water and yeast. Our crust was good but we are perfecting and will get even better, just need a few more test runs. We like putting fresh mozzarella on after it bakes to avoid water. Some toppings should be somewhat pre cooked due to short cook time and water content reduction. All and all, we would recommend it even though a little more expensive. You get what you pay for and this oven did not disappoint over all. Gave only 4 rating for pizza peel and cleaning with no cleaning tips or brushes provided.

Great pizza oven!
After a full year of using this pizza oven, usually a few times a month, I can say ‘I LOVE it!’. Works best with homemade dough up to 12” pizzas. I actually bought 12” cardboard pizza discs and use these to size my dough and prepare the pizza. If you sprinkle semolina on the disc, the pizza will slide ring off the disk into the oven. The disc is ready for the next pizza. Best tip. Wait until the oven is fully preheated to 700 before you cook your first pizza. 3 minutes on the timer, rotate 180 degrees and 3 more minutes gives you a slightly more well done pizza. Fantastic oven and highly recommend. Especially when there are far more expensive ovens out there.

Pizza stone is rough and unseasoned
I’m not an amateur when it comes to homemade pizza. While the idea of having a home pizza oven is appealing. The pizza stone in this oven is rough and not seasoned. It’s perfect for folding in half what would have otherwise been a perfect homemade pizza. That 700 degree hot rough pizza-stone grabs the dough like glue and then you get to shake all the toppings off and smoke your kitchen up while you burn yourself. Also the pizza peel it comes with it totally useless other than its use to scrape the burned dough and toppings off the pizza-stone once your pizza has been ruined.

Makes great pizzas!
Great pizza oven,with lots of recipes and helpful hints to make better Pizza! Often heard that a pizza oven makes a difference… very true.. totally adds and enhances flavors. Tried a thin and crispy recipe which was actually almost identical to fathers recipe.. first time using it came out tasting incredible, just 5 minutes at 600 , maybe could have cooked 1 more minute but easy learning curve not complicated to use. No on or off button automatically comes on when plugged but does have a timer and lights that let you know when at temp. Takes about 20-30 minutes depending on how hot you want it to reach the set temperature. Would highly recommend it and try the tips included really added to flavor, dad loved it for Father’s Day!

It works great. Everything we need without absolutely blowing the bank on the deluxe models. Typical Cuisinart quality.
