The bins can be mounted onto a louvre panel and the louvre panel can be mounted to a wall. All of the bins in the range have a lip along the back of the bin that allows mounting to most manufacturers louvre panels.

Yes you can. The front is slightly sloped making it very easy to pick up the bins at the front.
