Good quality but there's an unhealthy amount of residue inside
This block feels very sturdy and well-machined. I trust it will hold up to my future tests. However, I have to say that I'm shocked by the amount of residue and debris left inside the radiator. It looks like very bad earwax (ironic, considering I used an otoscope to look inside).Furthermore, the internal design is clearly an "H" design, with two bores parallel to the tubes and one bore perpendicular to the first two. This creates back pressure and turbulence inside- I'm assuming that's why other reviews have mentioned a slow flow rate. I will have to keep testing mine, but I think it should be fine as is for my purposes.I'm only taking off a single star because of the residue. On the whole though, this block seems like what I need and it feels very sturdy. I also like the curved grooves etched into the surface on either side of the block. This small detail will make it much easier to get even coverage when I apply thermal paste/ pads.

Surprised No leaks!
Bought several of these with not one leak! Recommended!

Do not expect performance.
I can not see inside this to see if there are any reasonable fins to help dissipate heat. All I can tell you is about my economy trash build watercooled NAS. Long story short I live someplace where AC is not needed, but My Trash NAS with dual Phenom II CPUs vents out a bit of heat into my office. I see this being a problem in the summer. So I decided to make a water cooled system that vents the heat outside.First: know is that this does not use standard 3/8th barbs. They are more like 5/16th... that makes the other fitting awkward. I was able to use 5/16th tube and then just warm it up a bit to fit the 3/8th of standard watercooling to transition to the rest of the loop.Second: Do not mix metals. Stick to an aluminum radiator.Final word: if you are looking for an ultra cheap water cooled system, this is what you are looking for.

Internally looks like there's gunk
The media could not be loaded. My plan was to build a chiller for my 5 gallon shrimp aquarium utilizing a TEC, but now that I inspected it internally I don't trust it. Might contaminate the water and kill all my shrimps with whatever gunk is inside.
