I really did not want the hassle of a gas grill, or charcoal. This grill really works well for our needs. It is not a really hot grill, if you like a burnt char flavor and appearance. But I have found when using the heat is consistent, grills well, and I don't overcook foods as easily. The foods get a nice grilled appearance, and flavor. Lamb chops were juicy and cooked perfectly. Beyond burgers turned out the best I have made. The size is perfect for our deck and needs. It heats quickly, and is easy to clean. It will lose some heat when opened, but that's not an issue for what we use it for, and it seems to recover quickly. All in all, very happy, and would purchase again.

We can’t have any open flame grills at our condo. No coal, gas or propane. But, we can have electric. I was very skeptical about an electric grill. I grill a few times a week but was tired of going down to the community grills. One of the other owners recommended this. Works great! Easy maintenance and storage. Heats up quickly and does a great job of even heating. Takes a little longer to heat up, but not too long. Love it. Have cooked chicken, steaks and hamburgers.

I really like the aesthete of this bbq. I needed 2 sets of hands to assemble, but it went together easily with a bit of help holding things in place. It fits perfectly on my back deck for impromptu meals and snacks. I would suggest purchasing two bbq bricks to go down under the element to help with heat retention and even heat distribution, but it will work okay without. I’m winter quing so the bricks help.

Honestly, I haven’t used it yet, but I’m giving it five stars based on the fact that it looks very sleek. I ordered the brushed gunmetal color. I also like the size of it. I will report back when I actually finally use it. Shipping was quick and it was easy to put together. Also love that it has the wheels on the back. The only thing really missing is a little hanging rack from the side for cooking tools. I also additionally bought the cover for it since it will remain on my patio.
