I received the original mug as a gift from a family member. It's high quality, very good weight, and I'm not worried about the design fading (it gets tossed in the dishwasher. It also holds 16 ounces of liquid, so it's a sizable mug - about 1/3 again as big as a "normal" coffee mug.Original? While the first mug was a gift, I liked the mug so much I bought a second one myself. The original mug is now on display with some Star Trek collectables with the "Propery of the USS Enterprise" facing the viewer. (There are different designs on each side of the mug.)The mug itself is sturdy and well-made. I feel like if I knocked it off the table onto carpet, there's a very good chance it would survive the fall unscathed. Two thumbs up. I liked this one enough that I now own two of them. On top of that, it's a very good mug (design aside) for the price.

Got this for my husband for our anniversary and he LOVES it. It’s extremely good quality and holds up even when washed a million times! It’s easy to wash by hand or dishwasher. The quality of the design and colors is amazing, it’s a great coffee cup for an affordable price. Very easy to hold with the wide handle and easy to drink from.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a housemate, so it's been holding strong for 6 months so far. It's surprisingly heavy and smooth, and the print hasn't faded or scratched at all, even after multiple trips through the dishwasher.

My kiddo is a Garfield fanatic! True to nature of a fanatic, we had to have a Garfield themed birthday. This mug was the icing on the proverbial cake! He loves to use it for cereal, hot tea, hot chocolate and holding snacks. It’s a large mug but easy to hold with the large handle and the colors are vibrant.
