This works! It does a good job of suppressing appetite, but I recommend taking one 30-40 minutes before a meal, not with a meal, which I was doing before and wasn't seeing any change. I also had a lot of energy when I took these before eating a meal, but it was kind of difficult to stay asleep. They are tiny and easy to swallow with water, though I did experience a bit of cramping, and headaches if I forgot to take a dose. Other than that, very satisfied with the quality AND quantity of these pills for the price. Will be purchasing again.

I take one capsule in the morning and it reduces my appetite all day. I eat a healthy lunch but don’t overeat because I’m not that hungry. I take a second capsule when I get home from work. By the time dinner rolls around, I’m not starving so I eat until I’m satisfied but not full. My need to snack after dinner is gone. A calorie deficit is happening and I’m losing weight. This seems to work for me and I like the price.

Added with a detox I was doing. It did help with appetite suppressing but not much changed with energy to perform any better. Had to incorporate another supplement to aid with energy.

I’ve been taking it for about 3 days. So far so good. I have a little more energy than before and I haven’t been snacking like usual. I take one pill about 35 minutes before I eat. 1 pill per meal max 3 pills a day. Of course I can’t say much about losing weight yet, but I believe it’ll help because I’m not eating as much as before. *****update**** Ok, I’ve been taking it for about two weeks now. All I can say is that this stuff works..no cap. I definitely have more energy, way less snacking and I’ve lost at least 5 pounds or more. I will say this.. because it cuts my appetite drastically, I’ve been eating less fatty stuff. I don’t eat bread except for the croutons that’s in my salads. I don’t eat fried food because I just don’t like it much and I don’t drink nor eat foods with a lot of sugar in it. I also increased my water intake. It’s like it makes you want to eat better. I haven’t experienced any jitters, stomach cramps, nor headaches. The price is good so that’s really nothing to lose…but fat. 🤷🏽‍♀️
