Great for running
I bought this for running and it is ideal. Best for people with smaller hands. Easy to drink from when running and I prefer this 300ml size as opposed to 500ml which is just a bit too big.

A good, easy to use bottle. My hand is a bit big for it but that's not the bottle's fault! BUT, the plastic has a really cheap, soapy smell to it which makes it unpleasant to use. I'm afraid I shan't be using it again.
