I was impressed this arrived the day after I ordered it. It did fluff up fine. It is a touch soft for my liking, but I prefer a very firm mattress. This is for my guest room, though and my guest have been happy with it.

Super soft be careful when you open plastic the mattress will fill out so make sure you have it wherever you intend to put it I would highly recommend

Its been over a month since we purchased this product. Two people sleep on it, one of us a bit overweight and it has not become bumpy yet. when we received it I got it up on the third floor by myself without an elevator and it wasn’t light but not too heavy so I couldn’t handle it. The opening went great. It didn’t burst open right away it deflated smoothly and very quickly. It’s a bit firm which is what we we’re looking for.

I was in need of a new bed and this one has to be the best purchase I’ve made all year. The bed offers the perfect level of support and comfort, my back pain is supported and doesn’t hurt as much and the setup was quick and easy…and the delivery was quick ! I love this mattress!

October 05, 2025 All I can say is WOW. I've never had a mattress this comfortable. I ordered a new box spring from Amazon on the 3rd of September but by then the mattress was ruined so I ordered this bed in a box on the 16th. The day it was delivered I took it in and put it on the old bed. The next step taught me a lesson. Remember, it's a bed in a box. I was cutting the plastic it came in and this is where I messed up. As I was getting to the end of the plastic the mattress took off like a rocket sled on a rail. Next thing I knew I was sitting on the floor at the back of the closet. I found that if you're dumb enough to lean over the mattress as you're cutting the plastic (which makes it possible to to contain a rolled up the mattress) you're in for a wee bit of a surprise. LOL. As per the instructions, I let it lay out on the floor for 72 hours. They recommend I think it was 24 to 72 hours before using it. When the 72 hours was up I switched out the mattresses. As soon as that was done I decided to give it a try and laid down across it. I never wanted to move off the bed again. It was so comfortable. I get the best sleep I've had in years and the best part...I wake up pain free and actually feel like I've gotten a good nights sleep. I wish they'd have had memory foam mattresses years ago. I'd have never used a regular mattress again. The difference is amazing. For the first time in over 30 years I look forward to going to bed at night. I know I won't have any pain when I wake up in the morning from a serious work related accident years ago. I can't say enough good things about this new bed. Have a great day Update: January 18, 2026 I'm starting to notice a few things about this mattress. I'm not sure if it's important yet or not. It's as if the outer material has stretched or the inner workings has shrunk. Waves (for lack of a better term) have formed running from side to side. I've seen this in 10 or 15 year old mattresses but never in a new one. Also the ends of the mattress about a foot from the center to the outer corners seem to be pulling in towards the center of the mattress. It's not square anymore. I've never seen that happen with any mattress in the past however it's still as comfortable and supportive as it was when I first got it. Another thing it does that has me scratching my head. Once every week I have to shift the mattress sideways back on the box spring. For some reason it moves to one side and it always moves to the same side. I've never seen that happen before. I don't think I move around in my sleep. I fall asleep curled up on my left side and I'm always in the same position when I wake in the morning. I'm baffled as to why any of this is happening. I purchased 2 one for each daughter that needed new beds. They are firm but comfortable. It was shipped in box I could lift on my own and was easy for me to set up. The value for the price is great! If you prefer a soft top buy a topper but is not thin and cheap. Feels like a decent quality after the first week of having them. Very happy and would recommend.

I got the queen medium firm and I’m actually super impressed. For the price, this mattress is totally worth it. I let it lay flat in the bed frame for about 12 hours before sleeping on it. I’ve slept on it for 2 nights now and it’s comfy and firm. It’s has a little bounce to it. The edges and corners are a bit soft but most mattresses are. But still worth it especially at this price
