The delivery was so professional and smooth. The bike was easy to put together when it arrived. The instructions were clear and the setup took around 30–40 minutes. The battery came partly charged, and charging it fully took about 6 hours. I like that the 36V 15.6Ah battery is removable. I first tested the bike on a ride of about 15 miles. The next day, I used it to commute to work, riding around 10 miles on a route with some hills. After that ride, the battery had used roughly one third, and the display still showed 62% remaining, which felt very good for a hilly commute. The pedal assist feels smooth and helps a lot on hills without feeling jerky. The 21 gears make it easy to adjust to different roads. The hydraulic disc brakes feel strong and reliable, especially when slowing down or riding downhill. The tyres feel comfortable and smooth on flat roads. I also rode in light rain and didn’t notice any loss of grip. The saddle is comfortable, even on longer rides, and overall the bike feels easy to ride day to day. To be honest I wasn't expecting that good as I previously had one and can see the difference clearly, I will try to do my best to keep it always maintained well. I’m extremely happy with it, can't be happier.

Great bike. Arrived well packaged. Easy to assemble. Nice little tool kit supplied. 29" version - £599 Nov 2025. After I had put it together it was obvious the handlebars were too low for me (I'm about 6'4 - so the top end of the height range for the 29" version) - so I ordered a handlebar riser (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0FB8Q9LQP?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) to sort that out. I also added a rear luggage rack. I noticed that there was an existing connection for a rear light to plug into - so I've ordered one (the light that comes with it is OK - 2 AAA battery job - but this will be fitted to the luggage rack and run off the main battery). I went out on a ride. I did 44km with 1018 m of elevation gain. Level 1 pedal assist all the way (the lowest level). It was below 5C. The battery read 62% when I got home (it displayed around 46% at the top of the last climb - so it does vary). Second ride - 52km, 1094m elevation gain. Again level 1. Around 5C - much windier. Got back with 51% battery remaining. Great ride. Much smoother than my other E-Bike - the fat tyres seem to smooth the ride out.

Nice simple design at a very good price. Powerful and smooth. Quality fittings. Plus - strong frame, hydraulic brakes, long range battery. UK legal. Display can be password access. Cons - display simple but could do with Pedal Assist level indicator being bigger. No usb power socket. App not really anymore useful than display Perhaps 21 gears is excessive for an eBike.

Absolutely marvellous bike. I've had many non electric cycles over the years since boyhood and I still like my fixie bike today. But, this has been something else. I've used it cycling around London nearly everyday over the past 18 months. The frame feels really strong and well built. It would be nice if there was a sky blue or white version or something ..maybe one day .. The phone app synching with bike works smoothly and reliably. I've done over 10,000 kilometres. I've had the brake pads replaced a few times, which is normal and helps keeps one safe and others on the road too. So please do this when needed and keep cycling safe folks. It feels really comfortable. I felt like I was sitting in an arm chair when going up a steep Highgate Hill, when I took the bike out for a spin on the first day of use. I found the electrics kicked in great that day and onward. It was delivered in good time in a rather huge box - as the bike is mostly assembled. Putting it together was relatively easy. Just take your time doing it and double check it all before taking it on the road. The only thing that I think I've adjusted is the seat height which is easy. The tyres were a real surprise. I have had no punctures. I did change the rear tyre after about 14 months of use and I will change the front tyre soon. Considering the mileage I've done, I find the tyre quality and the rest of the bike to be great. A pleasant happy experience. It feels sturdy on the road too. And responsive. Take care. I purchased the 29 inch wheel bike. It came in great shape well protected in a box. Assembly was straight forward. They included some tools but consider them to be your backup. I’ve ridden over 350 miles now and feel like the bike is great value. It’s got plenty of power, is fast enough and easy to ride. Bit like a 80s grifter but bigger. My battery rattled like crazy so I zip tied it tighter to the frame. Problem solved. I bought a new seat and shock absorbing stem. Makes a big difference to the ride on rocky paths. The brakes are good. Hydraulic disk. Control panel is neat and easy to use. If you change the settings then reboot for them to take effect. All in all I’m really happy with the bike, and plan on putting many miles on it.

Delivered was sooner than expected. Unfortunately, the brake levers are not the correct way around for a U.K user. The left level engages the front brake and the right lever engages the rear brake. I was given a link to a video showing how to change the brakes over on a scooter. I followed the video and have found the nuts to be of very poor quality. Now, I have a malfunction sign on the screen and have no peddle assist/electric going to the wheels. The seller has been slow in responding. I would have expected more support than the odd youtube video being sent to me. This bike appears to be more hassle and stress than it is worth. I will be returning for a full-refund.

Perché ho scelto la M2 e non la M3? Perché mi piaceva l’estetica e soprattutto perché ha 21 rapporti contro i 7 dell’altra. 21 rapporti vuol dire poter gestire la bicicletta, a batteria spenta, nel migliore dei modi in tutte le situazioni. Va che è una meraviglia anche grazie alle sue grandi ruote, il peso non si sente. Quando non ce la faccio più o voglio riposare, accendo il motore che fa il suo dovere anche nelle salite molto ripide. La bicicletta è arrivata dopo 6gg dall’ordine. L’imballaggio era integro e ben fatto, l’ebike non riportava nessun segno di danneggiamento. Il montaggio abbastanza semplice. Durante la prova ho notato che il rapporto posteriore si fermava al quinto pignone. Avvisata l’assistenza, mi inviava un tutorial di smontaggio e rimontaggio del cambio, di svitare e avvitare viti, ma io non essendo un tecnico, ho preferito un meccanico. Quando ha visto la bici mi ha fatto subito notare che il proteggi deragliatore era troppo vicino e così impediva il movimento. Mi ha sistemato i raggi della ruota posteriore perché ballava, il freno anteriore perché la pastiglia fregava sul disco. Ora è tutto OK. Tutto sommato sono abbastanza soddisfatto di tutto l’insieme compreso il venditore tanto è vero che ho ordinato un’altra bici la T2 x la moglie. Spero che le bici durino tanto.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem Eleglide M2 Elektrofahrrad! Die Qualität und Verarbeitung sind erstklassig, und es bietet mir ein wirklich angenehmes Fahrerlebnis. Der Sitz könnte zwar weicher sein, aber ich habe mich bereits von meinem alten Fahrrad an die Härte gewohnt. Die Fahrradkomponenten sind hochwertig und sorgen für eine reibungslose Fahrt. Ich musste nichts nachjustieren oder ähnliches. Die Motorleistung ist wirklich beeindruckend und unterstützt mich optimal bei meinen Ausflügen. Ob steile Anstiege oder lange Strecken, das E-Bike bewältigt alles mühelos und hat richtig Power auf der Hinterachse. Der Fahrspaß ist einfach unschlagbar und Zauber mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich habe lange nach einem E-Bike gesucht, das meinen Anforderungen gerecht wird, und das Eleglide M2 hat mich in dieser Hinsicht voll überzeugt. Ich war eigentlich kurz davor den Vorgänger M1 Plus zu kaufen, aber durch Zufall habe ich diese neue Revision entdeckt und sofort am Prime Day bestellt. Die Qualität, die gebotene Leistung und die Ausstattung rechtfertigen den Preis für mich mehr als deutlich. Insbesondere das neue hydraulische Bremssystem hat mich absolut beeindruckt, im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell mit mechanischen Bremsen, welches mein Bekannter besitzt. Der Unterschied ist deutlich spürbar und macht das Fahren sicherer und stabiler. Bei dem Preis ist dies keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass das Fahrrad soweit keinerlei Mängel aufweist. Es läuft einfach perfekt! Auch nach mehreren Stunden intensiver Nutzung zeigt es bisher keinerlei Schwächen. Abschließend kann ich das Eleglide M2 wärmstens empfehlen für jeden, der nicht allzu viel für ein E-Bike ausgeben will und trotzdem alle Features haben will. Es ist eine Investition, die sich definitiv lohnt und mir jede Menge Fahrspaß und Komfort bietet. Meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als Übertroffen und der Kauf lohnt sich auf alle Fälle. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft auch passendes Zubehör wie ein Front Rack angeboten wird. Auch wäre ein integrierter Drehmomentsensor wünschenswert – aber das ist Meckern auf höchstem Niveau

Le envié un video al vendedor y, después de insistir un poco, me enviaron uno nuevo. Lo instalaron y todo estuvo bien. Resumen... Genial, PERO una observación ... sería que debes tener algunos conocimientos de mantenimiento y ser un poco hábil para mantener la bicicleta en buen estado y hacer cualquier reparación "dentro de la garantía". En general, estoy realmente impresionado. Sin embargo, no te hagas ilusiones de que puede competir en las montañas con una bicicleta de 'mid-drive' de 5000e. He intentado ir con amigos que tienen bicicletas caras y no pude hacer lo mismo que ellos. Para senderos, carreteras y pistas forestales es genial. Por supuesto, puedes hacer pistas de montaña, pero si pesas +/- 110 kg no te fíes del motor que no tiene suficiente forza para subidas largas y duras, tendrás que pedalear mucho.*** Solo he hecho 12 km, pero de momento está cumpliendo con las expectativas. Los frenos son un poco ruidosos, pero supongo que deben asentarse. Otra actualización a los 500 km** I've only done 12 km , but at the moment it's living up to expectations. The brakes are a bit noisy, but i suppose they need to settle in. I'm near the top end of the recommended weight limit so when I went up a REALLY steep hill I needed a bit of legwork- having the gears helped a lot here. I'll update the review after a few more KM - lets hope I'm still happy- I must admit I was a bit aprehensive to spend so much money and I trusted in the reviews, so I hope I can put my grain of sand
