This book proved to be a brilliant source of information and great help when preparing for the foundation and practitioner exams!

Really useful information here. It is so well structured, the human side, evidence in support and information on why and how is enlightening and is really helping me think broadly about the complexity and importance of managing and, more importantly resourcing change.

A very good book / reference guide for change management. I bought the kindle version to read on the train / coffee shop and for ease of use. I also received the paperback as part of a course in change management. The chapters are written by various authors, however, it's pieced together very well.

I'm not a fan of "management books" but this is an exception. I use this to dip in and out when I want to remind myself of specific topics or try to ram, sorry, suggest different ways of working to my colleagues. The book is effectively a summary of many summaries; the definition of standing on the shoulders of giants. I have often tried to summarise chapters before realising that these *are* the summaries and it is more effective to point people to these chapters than to attempt to interpret them. Every chapter is written by one or more authors which I think adds to the value; there is no single ego to feed, or agenda to set. I would recommend this book to anyone looking at transformative change, communication, engagement or cultural shift. The less you know about these topics, the more this book will help you. Highly recommended.

I had to purchase the book for a course I was going to attend in Change Management. I believe this textbook is well written and provides detailed explanation to a wide range of frameworks within change management. It therefore is suitable for people with very little to no experience in the field and can be useful if you are interested in developing further within change management.

I found out on day 1 of my Change Management course that the literature were not provided. So luckily I could get this on prime and not miss too much. Very useful book and if you're intending to sit either the foundation or practitioner I would highly recommend.

Had to buy it because they asked me it will be useful. But you don’t need this to pass the exam, never touched it once!

This is a great read for anyone involved in a service industry. The information here provides an insight to how a successful business is structured and managed. The theories can be scaled and applied by individuals wanting to develop their skills and business attitude.

This book is perfect for all levels of change partners in organizations. It provides value to any one in this field and well written, contains just enough examples for the scenarios and very insightful. I have read quite a few change management books and honestly, this is the only one any professional needs.

An absolute masterpiece. The sheer scope and quality of material is beyond what I expected or have seen on the topic of Change Management. Absolutely recommend buying this book. I do agree this is not a kindle-friendly book.
