Good fit
Bought for a Frebch Door missing a spindle. It was a little too long but cut it down with a hack saw. Good value for money.

This may not fit old British standard locks.
I bought this to use on an old garage door lock. I wanted a longer bar to reach right through the new thicker door. Although it is a standard 7mm, this is slightly too small to fit old British locks, so it wouldn’t grab the lock mechanism.I’m sure it will fit any new type of locks, but be aware very old locks are close to 7mm, but this bar won’t grab it.If you need to drill holes in it for old door handles, the bar is made of very hard steel, you need a very good sharp drill bit.
