2 Espresso 29" Saddle Stools (Barstool Bar Stool)

These stools are just what I wanted and are of good quality for the price except that two of the short cross members on the frame were cracked. I emailed the seller immediately and they agreed to send replacement parts out immediately, but the parts were not received. I phoned them a couple weeks later when they again apologized and agreed to check the order the phone me right back, but I never heard from them. I had no choice but to register a complaint with Amazon in order to receive the needed parts to finish assembling these stools. I ordered the stools on February 27th and didn't receive the replacement parts to finish assembling them until April 9th, and had to go through Amazon to make that happen. Consequently, I can not recommend Moshya Home Furnishings due to their poor customer service.

Pure crap... Fell apart as soon as they were assembled... Returned the same day for a full refund.
