Mustard powder as it should be, excellent stuff, a must in your kitchen.

Making your own can beat it

Great flavour and will be good value as it is a large tin. However, the mustard powder spills out when opening the tin, so you need to be careful. In fact, the box in which it arrived had mustard powder in it because the top doesn’t close properly.

I use mustard in several recipes and sauces, used to buy a small tin from a supermarket, this is far more economic and same quality.

This is the best mustard powder available. We've tried differen kinds and this one gives the best result in making your own mustard. The home made mustard with this is better than almost any brand, except Tierentyn-Verlent fron Ghent but that mustard is in a whole different league of its own.
