We are very happy with our new toilet! It’s stylish, it works great and it’s easy to clean! No problems or issues with clogging! The only thing that needs to be mentioned here is that the seat is made of cheap plastic. We’ve replaced all metal parts to gold to fit the rest of our powder room interior design. I would definitely buy it again!

I am enjoying these sleek toilets. They are so easy to wash and install. The size is great and not to bulky. I would say they are average noise level when flushing. They definitely aren't quiet. They are a good height, not too low or to high where you are on your tippie toes.

This turned out just about perfect with minor complaints. During renovations, found the rough-in to be 10" and had to find a suitable option. Initially, was against the tank button flush option however, the buttons are sized for easy press and medium push. With the original toilet an older, standard model, the tank width and height is different which required some perspective adjustment. The seat size seems perfectly fine being a standard elongated bowl and after some time with this, the seemingly unusual tank size now isn't unusual and actually provided some benefit with the more spacious areas provided on both sides. The seat itself does seem a little lower quality and has deep grooves on the underside which makes cleaning a little challenging (have not tried the quick release yet). The Matte Black color is an eye catching visual and while the color hides some blemishes, it also shows every little bit of dust that may be on the toilet. Definitely scratch-resistant And non-porous. Easy to wipe down although that may be needed every couple days. Needless to say, this added charm to the existing facilities, does work well with no squeaking during the flush process and yes, the flush may be considered a little louder perhaps due to the vortex flush and only lasts about 5 seconds. All-in-all, this was a great option so far.

SHOCKING! I have purchased 4 of these toilets. Have been satisfied (only small problems items that I could get the plumbers to correct) until the last one I bot for my daughter for her remodel. That Swiss Madison St. Tropez had a tiny pinhole blemish in the porcelain that leaked water. She finished the upstairs remodeled, including the guest bath. She travels a lot for business and was dismayed to find upon arrival home that the entire new bathroom floor was saturated with water. The floorboards buckled and the tile popped. In 2022 we submitted a claim with pictures, contractors estimates...everything they required. Then we WAITED. We called several times during the 13 months, and they indicated they were "working on it", so we wait And WAITED. January 16, 2024, we got an email that they would not pay any reimbursement for damages. So not only has the bathroom been out of commission for over a year as they led us on, but they they refused to pay damages on a defect that caused the toilet to leak. Companies who do not stand behind their products should not be allowed to sell their products, especially on Amazon!

OK it’s 2025 and I installed this toilet in 2021 when we first moved into our condo. I had ordered two Toto toilets because my brother is a contractor. I didn’t like the Tonos because they’re too hard to clean the sides and I wanted a skirted side for easy cleaning. I had no idea how great this toilet was. We just sold our condo and I was thinking to myself. I’m taking this toilet with me. That’s how much I love this toilet. Somebody on here said it’s a bunch of cheap plastic. I don’t know what they’re thinking about but this is a porcelain toilet with a plastic soft clothes lid that comes with it and it works perfectly. I installed it myself. Yes it was difficult to figure out because how do I get my fingers in there tighten it down. Well, I went through my tools and I pulled out a very small ratchet and it did the job. It was actually very easy to install by myself. I didn’t use a regular waxy. I used the rubber kind that compress when you put the toilet over the top as an accordion type. This toilet out flushes any of the big brands I don’t care if you even spent $1000 on the toilet. And the porcelain is so easy to clean and it stays clean for some reason. The Toto toilet very hard to keep clean and very hard to clean with a brush. I did install a hand washer which washes out the bowl every time I use it as well as myself. They use these types of things in Saudi Arabia and that’s where I got the idea and I love it. I use hardly any toilet paper so I save a lot of money. I’ve just given you guys a big hello on one of the greatest toilets I think has ever been made. And the bonnet is basically just wipe down the outside. I’ve had it for almost 5 years and it looks as if I just installed it. I’m leaving it. I’m not gonna take it. But every toilet in the house that I’m going to I will replace with the Swiss Madison. No if ands or butts.🍺

Love the toilet, and the company. The seat came with some scratches on it (it was way flimsier plastic than I expected), and the company sent a new one. It was recommended that I get the elongated toilet - I wish I didn't. Totally unnecessary, and I almost fell in the first time I used it. Nice clean design.

I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed.

It's a nice height, the flush controls are awesome, it's an elongated bowl, it hides the water supply with its open back, the seat is included and is innovative, it's sturdy, it has twin jets and hasn't had any lingering waste stuck in the bowl, simple to clean and even came with a seal.

Quick delivery and solid quality

It looks great and we haven't had any issues, but the installation was a nightmare. You definitely need two people minimum as the bolt holes are impossible to see due to the side walls; you need to put a finger through them to feel for the bolts. Also it would be great if the holes in the sides were bigger as tightening the bolts is very challenging.

This toilet clogs, even when there is just water in the toilet. It literally clocked every 5 flushes. One literally waits in agony for the flush to work. I adjusted the internal mechanism to have a more powerful flush, but it did not help. The toilet was installed by a plumber - who said it was very difficult to install and there were no floor bolts. Swiss Madison, is unreliable, even though this toilet has a warranty they could not replace toilet because I live in Canada. They told me I had to work it out with the place I bought it from. Thankfully Amazon, helped me. Returning a toilet purchased online is a nightmare, do not do it! This is a nice looking toilet, and there are some happy customers out there - but if you get into a problem with this toilet, Swiss Madison will not help you. They do not have a chat or call centre. Have to do everything by email and wait days for a response. Toilets are probably the most important thing in your house - as I discovered. My advice, stick with American Standard, Kohler, or TOTO.
