It is toothpaste that doesn't have too much flavor, but I like that. It cleans well too. I just started using this so I don't know how it will be for my gums but...I think it will do as the product says it will.

I searched for the 3.7 oz size of this product. Neither the picture or description actually says that this product is a 2.7 oz. size. I am very disappointed in both the seller's lack of description and Amazon's search engine. The product itself is very good which is why I did not read the product reviews which complained about the small size.
