Did a lot of searching for a knife for slicing XL briskets and this kept on being recommended online. I BBQ a lot, even in the winter. I mainly smoke large briskets, sometimes lamb. Slicing the huge cuts thin, when they're as tender as they are when they come off the BBQ, used to be a challenge, until I got this knife.

Sharp, long. Great for leveling a cake, using as a carving knife. Pretty much anywhere you need a long sharp knife. Even has a Grafton edge to stop knife suction.

Very light and very sharp straight out of the box. The handle is slightly soft to the touch top and bottom for grip and hard to the sides. It feels good even in my big hands. The blade is light but stiff enough for what I want which is carving up BBQ brisket, ribs and turkeys etc. I can't see me ever needing a longer bladed knife ! For the money I would say this was a good buy.

bought for slicing up my brisket from the smoker, perfect length for this.
