The liquid form itself is convenient to take, and the taste is manageable, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. However, after consistent use over a period, I must admit that I personally didn't see much change in my hair, nails, or skin. While I appreciate that individual results can vary wildly with supplements, and it's entirely possible my body simply didn't respond as hoped, I haven't observed the significant improvements I was looking for. Ultimately, the product is okay. It’s easy to administer and doesn’t cause any adverse effects, which are definite positives for a supplement. If you're exploring different forms of biotin and collagen and perhaps respond differently to these ingredients, it might be worth a try.
