I started taking Life Extension Calm-Mag primarily to support my eye health. While I haven’t noticed any measurable improvement in that area yet, I’ve definitely experienced increased relaxation and more restful sleep since beginning this supplement. It’s particularly effective at promoting a sense of calm, which has made it easier to wind down in the evenings. I’ve been taking it just before bedtime. Compared to other magnesium products I’ve tried, this one feels gentler and doesn’t cause any digestive discomfort. I plan to continue using it to see if longer-term use brings noticeable benefits for eye strain.

This is the only supplement other than B12 that I can feel kick in. I know a counselor who recommended this type of magnesium for my anxiety and it works great. It doesn't make me feel groggy or tired, but it helps me stay calm in situations that might trigger more anxiety. I would highly recommend this brand/product. Lastly, I have tried less expensive brands but they did not work as well so I stick with Life Extension.

These are fantastic especially if you have sleep issues. Life Extension is a reliable source for vitamins and minerals.
