I love it, goes with everything in my kitchen. It’s easy to steep. Just one tiny downside..since it’s all glass the handle gets very hot, so be careful. Other than that it’s great!

Works great on an induction plate for energy savings. That is why we bought it.

It’s useful but that’s very easily. I have to clean it with white vinegar to ensure the rust is controlled.

What a disappointment. I was looking for a ALL glass tea pot. What I got was a tea pot with metal bottom and a gasket between then materials (that faces inside).Basically this is a glass teapot sliced in a half with other half being metal bottom. In order not to leak, obviously there is a gasket (clear). If you can fit your hand inside, you can actually feel it. The pot is going back for these reasons: 1. no where in the description the gasket is mentioned. 2. No where in the description you can find information what the gasket is made of or the lifespan of the gasket 3. The opening of the pot is quite small so unless you have very small hands, good luck getting inside to clean the gasket properly. 4. If cleaning it properly is not possible, imagine how much stuff will get stuck over time in that gasket (tea sediment or limescale if you are jist using it for water).This product looks like it’s good quality, glass is nice and clear and metal parts look sturdy. I believe the lid handle is plastic painted silver (that won’t stand dishwasher for sure) It is quite light so I’m not sure if that is actual stainless steel or something else. Nonetheless the product is going back. For the same money or sometimes cheaper on Amazon you can find all glass tea pot without any of the negatives I have mentioned. This is the reason why I have Amazon prime, back it goes!! (Attaching a better picture showing inside the pot the plastic gasket)

I ordered this glass kettle 2 days ago and received it today. Fast shipping...good! However, when I lifted up the parcel, I heard some sound. I was thinking if it was from the movement of the infuser and the lid or the kettle was already broken. Unfortunately, the glass kettle was broken badly inside the bubble wrap. I even couldn't take it out and take a look of it because there were too much fragment. I can only say that the original protective measure is poor. There is only a thin layer of pink bubble wrap to protect the glass kettle inside the original box.

I'm writing this review to those of you who, like myself, think heat resistant means that once you pour hot water into the kettle, it wont transfer onto other things, such as a table or what not and you won't have to think about bringing a coaster to place under the hot kettle. This is where I misunderstood. The heat-resistance, upon reading the manual, applies to being heat-resistant on a stove. However, this was a bit disappointing to find out but overall I love the kettle. Now, whenever I arrive back to my desk with a steaming kettle in hand, I make sure to bring a cork coaster or something to act as a buffer between the kettle and whatever you set it upon! if this is not a deal breaker for you , i would rate it 5 stars

This Teapot has a capacity of 42 onces (the main reason I ordered it). The infuser lets fine particles out in the water but that if fine because they end up dropping to the bottom of the teapot. It would be nice to include a spout cleaner (small brush) as it does get stained quite easily if left overnight. Overall the teapot is a nice addition to our office!

I ordered this for my future daughter in law because the description makes it sound like a teapot, but it is not. I wanted an actual teapot, to pour water and tea in and make a few cups of tea. This is just a kettle.
